On all electronic equipment our return policy is: Because of our experiences with customers or end users, we have put in place a new return policy mainly because: When a customer places an order, we must purchase the equipment from one of our many manufactures. Our manufactures also have returned polices for merchandise. Only credits may be applied and sometimes restocking fees. In most cases, only a credit is provided meaning you may return the equipment sold to you but no money back refunds. Only equipment replacement providing the equipment has not been damaged. Depending on the equipment sometimes a 50%, restocking fee is applied if you do not wish a credit. We guarantee all of equipment from manufactures defects for a period of one year. For any reason if the equipment fails from a software or hardware issue within one year we will replace it. We also offer lifetime warranties on most of our products with terms.
