We provide preventive maintenance programs with annual inspections.

Start Preventative Maintenance Routines and Predictive Maintenance Plans to improve equipment performance and reduce unscheduled equipment down time.

Remote Monitoring

Electrical Devices: Motors, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, lighting systems all should be addressed. Knowing what to look for and how to test these devices is what we do. Most people do not understand that if a electrical device is wasting just a few amps per day, multiply that by ten devices. Now multiply that by thirty days. Your energy savings could result in thousands of dollars per month. Multiply that by five years!

Reducing CO and or CO 2 gases should be addressed in every structure to prevent health issues.

Reducing risk from bad air quality will assure that your employees or lessees will increase production and limit liability from unknown or unforeseen challenges that can happen.

We can help if you are starting a preventative maintenance program or if you need to review an existing maintenance routine.

Do, covers need to be removed?

Yes. It is most common for on site personnel to remove the covers before the inspection. Infrared imagers cannot see trough covers or enclosures.

Do, we need to shutdown equipment?

No. Inspected equipment should be operating under normal load. Most electrical equipment has a service interlock that allows access without interrupting service.

How often do I need to inspect?

Electrical Systems should be inspected at least once a year.
Mechanical Systems should be checked frequently to establish comprehensive trending data.

3-Phase Electrical Panel, bottom fuse over heating

This is a three phase panel located in the electrical room of a commercial site. On the thermal image to the left, see the white color on fuse #3. In this case the knife on the copper connection has some corrosion which was causing this circuit to over heat.

3-Phase Electrical  Panel. Middle fuse over heating

Three phase electrical supply line. Leg # 3 in the

thermal image (Red) is warmer than other two legs.

Amp draw reveals pulling 6 amps more than other

two legs. Due to an un balanced load at compressor.

 480 volt AC switch

This is a three phase electrical panel located in the electrical room of a commercial site. On the thermal image to the left, see the white color on fuse #2 shows warmer Radiant Thermal Signature than the other two fuse. The compressor that this 480 volt panel provides power to is un balanced.
