Interior & Exterior Inspection
Standard thermal scans found these issues. These areas can be fixed with just a few dollars however the savings in energy cost and health problems was worth every penny for these scans.

On the interior dark blue colors show cold air leaking in.
54 degrees leaking in thermostat set at 70 degrees.
What does that tell ya?

Interior image of a ceiling. You can see the blue showing
large cold air leak. Interior temp 69 degrees. Blue spot
59 degrees. Missing insulation in the attic is the cause.

I was scanning the ceiling of this grocery store and found
a water leak. On this day it was not raining, the ceiling
has been retaining water from a prior rain over a week ago.
This image will show exactly where the repairs have to
be made on the roof.

Scanning the ceiling in a home I found this water leak.
However the water was not showing on the ceiling surface.
This turned out to be mold.

While conducting a surface scan on the interior ceiling of
this home I found two areas of concern. The ceiling temp
was at 74 degrees and these spots were at 53 degrees.
This turned out to be a roof leak and the spots are mold.
